The Farmhouse has a cosy, intimate feel and with just 3 bedrooms, it's best suited to individuals, families and small groups. The Farmhouse is completely self-contained with a sociable dining kitchen and access through the wee living room to the walled garden which has picnic tables and an outdoor fire pit. It sleeps 14-16 people.

• 3 standard bedrooms: double + single, double + three singles, eight-bed bunk room.
• Check in: 4pm onwards, Check out: 10am
• Sturdy handmade bunk-beds with quality mattresses, freshly laundered bed linen & individual reading lights. To keep prices low we ask you to put the sheets on when you arrive and strip the bed when you leave.
• 2 bathrooms, both with showers, one over a bath.
• Attractive dining kitchen (seats 14) with solid wood furniture & all mod cons.
• Small lounge (seats 4) with games, TV & books.
• Wooden floors with rugs and stunning views of the hills.
